Representation and court documents
Representation in administrative proceedings may be provided under a properly granted power of attorney, within the scope permitted for the case. Some actions require the client’s personal attendance. Court documents are prepared within legally permitted limits; this does not itself constitute court representation. Eligibility to act before a court and activities reserved for authorised professionals are assessed separately. Where needed, that professional’s involvement, scope and fees are agreed with the client.
Terms of work
The task, service scope, required authority and price are agreed before work begins. Official fees and third-party services are subject to separate agreement. The relevant authority decides the outcome; examples on this website describe specific past experience.
