Privacy policy
Updated 4 November 2026
This policy covers the website and initial enquiries through the form, phone, email and messengers. Document transfer and the terms of further work are agreed separately.
Data controller
FILIPP PETROVSKI, NIP 7812046303, REGON 524248272. ul. Elizy Orzeszkowej 8, 43-400 Cieszyn, Poland. For personal-data matters: petrvfilipp@gmail.com.
Purposes and legal bases
Enquiries are processed to respond and take steps at your request before a contract — GDPR Article 6(1)(b), where applicable. Correspondence, form security and the defence of claims may rely on legitimate interests — Article 6(1)(f); legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Data processed
The form sends your name, brief situation summary, contact details, page language and address without parameters, submission time and enquiry identifier. Hosting and spam protection process technical data, including IP addresses. The fields are necessary to submit an enquiry through the website; you can choose direct contact instead. File uploads are not available. Do not send PESEL numbers, passport or medical data, or criminal-case materials in your first enquiry; the legal basis and secure transfer method for such materials must be agreed separately.
Providers and recipients
Hosting is provided by Sites (OpenAI) and the platform’s infrastructure. The form handler runs on Cloudflare. Resend forwards the enquiry to petrvfilipp@gmail.com; Google/Gmail provides email service. Direct contact involves your chosen phone operator, WhatsApp/Meta or Telegram. Visitors cannot choose the form’s recipients; enquiries are not distributed to other clients or advertisers.
Transfers outside the EEA
Providers use international infrastructure, so processing outside the EEA is possible. Safeguards depend on the provider, including adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses and other GDPR measures. You may request information about safeguards for a particular transfer and copies from the controller.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries are kept during correspondence and the agreed engagement; necessary information may remain for legal duties and the defence of claims for applicable periods. Email and infrastructure providers apply their own technical retention periods. Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to legitimate-interest processing and complain to UODO. Consent, where used, can be withdrawn. There are no significant automated decisions.
Security and your browser
The website does not store contact details or enquiry text in localStorage or cookies. Before submission they remain in page memory. The server checks the source, size and content of requests and limits submission frequency. Cookie choices are stored separately without enquiry content.
Advertising and Meta Pixel
After marketing consent, Meta Pixel 1128710462868303 from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited measures Facebook and Instagram advertising and website actions. Meta processes technical data including IP address, browser information, visited page URL, advertising identifiers and events. The basis is consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Events do not include contact details, enquiry content, case information or selected service names. Automatic form-field collection and advanced matching are disabled in the integration. Server-side Conversions API is not used.
